Your order will be shipped within 24 hours from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).

Once the shipment has departed from the warehouse, you will receive an email containing the tracking details.

Please note:

  • We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse
  • The shipping cost is non-refundable for returns
  • Delivery to rural addresses can take longer
  • Next day delivery is not possible to rural addresses

LIMITATO accept returns within 14 days of receiving our product. The product must be returned unused, all labels and original packaging should also be intact. Once this is approved from us you will be refunded directly to the source of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded (original shipping cost as well as return-shipping cost).
